We do kindly ask that all appointments for routine check ups and treatments are booked in advance.  However for emergency appointments we advise calling the practice at 08:30 on the day you wish to come in and we will do our best to accommodate you.  With us being such a busy practice we can not guarantee being able to see walk ins.

Our practice is open Monday-Friday 08:00 - 18:00, for any queries outside of this time please feel free to email us and this will be picked up during the next working day.  For all emergency enquiries or if you or someone you know is experiencing sever pain we advise calling 111 and selecting option 2.

Under the NHS banding, payments are required at the end of each band of treatment on the day. Regarding any private treatment you are undergoing and depending on what is being done we require a 50% deposit and the remainder of the balance to be paid at the last treatment appointment.

At Hedge End Dental Surgery, we do not currently work with any insurance providers directly. However if you have private dental insurance through a company or otherwise our dentists are happy to complete and sign claim forms where appropriate.
